Welcome

The Center for Psychology and Learning offers neuropsychological, psychological, and educational evaluations that are particularly focused for anyone in school or preparing to attend school. We serve clients as young as preschool age, all the way through college and graduate school.

Our evaluations are very practical, written in easy to understand language, and have an emphasis on recommendations that are detailed, individualized, and helpful to parents, clinicians, educators, and school districts. We also specialize in gifted evaluations.

The Center for Psychology and Learning offers consultation to schools and families to facilitate integrating what we know about you or your child into everyday life.

Our practice offers therapy for a variety of issues and age groups, focusing on children and adolescents, with opportunities for parent education. The types of techniques used are solution-focused, evidence-based, interactive approaches designed to build coping skills and utilize the client’s strengths.

We offer executive functioning coaching with the goal of teaching skills as the foundation for academic growth and achievement. These skills can help the child improve current academic performance but also provide the basis for skills they will need throughout their life.

Please feel free to contact us to learn more about our services at 401-421-4561 . In addition, this website offers additional information explaining more about the evaluation process, as well as resources and referrals that may be helpful.

Thank you for learning more about our practice,

Dana Osowiecki, Ph.D., Natalia Mieczynski, Psy.D., Kate Ammatuna, M.S., Hyun Jin Chung, Ph.D., Ivy Rollins Milliken, Ph.D., and Lauren Ziady, Ph.D.
