Therapy: $200 per 50-minute session
Executive Functioning Coaching: $125 per 50-minute session
Evaluations: Please contact us for additional information, as the fees for evaluation vary according to the type of evaluation.
Insurance
We are not insurance providers. You may be able to receive some reimbursement from your insurance company for services provided. To determine if you have out-of-network benefits for mental health coverage the first thing you should
do is contact your insurance carrier. Check your coverage carefully and make sure you understand their answers. Some helpful questions you can ask them:
- Do I have out-of-network mental health insurance benefits?
- What is the out-of-network reimbursement amount per therapy session?
- How many therapy sessions per year are eligible for out-of-network reimbursement ?
- What is the out-of-network reimbursement amount for neuropsychological or clinical evaluations?
- Is a referral required from my primary care physician for out-of-network reimbursement?
- What documentation is required by my insurance company to submit for out-of-network reimbursement?
Reduced Fee
Reduced fee services are available on a limited basis.
Payment
Cash, check and all major credit cards accepted for payment at the time of service.
Cancellation Policy
If you do not show up for your scheduled therapy appointment, and you have not notified us at least 24 hours in advance, you will be required to pay the full cost of the session.
